The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane by Kate DiCamillo

Once. In a house on Egypt Street, there lived a china rabbit named Edward Tulane. The rabbit was very pleased with himself, and for a good reason: he was owned by a girl named Abilene, who treated him with utmost care and adored him completely. Then one day, he was lost, completely lost.
My friends and me are really happy with the plot of this book as it is adventurous and heart-touching. The story has a china rabbit, who is owned by a little girl named Abilene. Then one day, they go to a trip together and then, by mistake, Edward Tulane is thrown overboard and into the sea. After this he is discovered by different people, from different places and with different status. In this way he travels long distances, meeting new people, making friends and listening to their amazing stories. This book is beautiful in every sense and is fit for reading by 10+ kids and young readers.

Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan

Look, I didn't want to be a half-blood. I never asked to be the son of a Greek god.
When he, Percy Jackson, just another normal kid, accidentally vaporizes his Maths teacher, he realizes that something is absolutely wrong. He is discovered by Grover, a satyr , who takes him to Camp Half-Blood and explains to him that...well, he is the son of a Greek God, Poseidon. And that is why Zeus, God of the Sky, thinks he has stolen his lightning bolt- and making Zeus angry is a very bad idea.

Rick Riordan is a famous author known for writing about Greek-fiction in his two series- Percy Jackson and The Demigod Files.
This book is made for the ones who are imaginative and love creating image in their heads while reading a book. Wow, I have awesomely-superbly-fantastically LOVED this book and the rest of the series and I'm sure you will love it to 'cuz it is guaranteed to get to boost your imagination and never get you bored.

Trash by Andy Mulligan

Raphael is a dump site boy. He spends his days wading through mountains of steaming trash, sifting it, sorting it, breathing it, sleeping next to it.

Then one lucky day, he finds a leather bag. Its full of clues. Its a bag of hope. This bag...will change everything. He seeks help from his friends Rat and Gardo, and soon these the smelly boys are running for their live lives. They are being chased by the police and  are put for duty to put right a terrible wrong. Now it's these three boys and the whole of the evil minister's gang of cops.

This piece is really heart touching and may remind you of the movie 'Slumdog Millionaire'. It points out that corruption should not be ignored and with the correct person's help, you can get the guilty in jail. The idea for correcting a terrible wrong is very adventurous, as the boys are sacrificing their own lives for the happiness of an old innocent man in jail and for the happiness of their dump site people.
